Size: 1,080px (W) x 1,920px ((H) OR 65cm (W) x 115cm(H)

Minimum font size: 12-16 points
File size: 5 MB Maximum
File format: PDF (.pdf)
Media: Images / photos, graphs and tables can be included in E-poster. NO video or sound files

1. All accepted posters will be displayed throughout the Conference as digital posters only from 12-14 July 2024.
2. Poster presentation time (stand by poster) will only be sent to the respective presenter.
3. Authors are fully responsible for their own submission and must adhere to the above submission guidelines.
4. When preparing text and illustrations, bear in mind that the E-poster will be viewed from a distance of 1 meter.
5. The Committee’s decision is final.

All files will be sent via WETRANSFER. Your file must be labelled accordingly as follows:
“A-0113_first name only”
